Responsibilities:
- Lead installation projects for residential HVAC systems, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to provide accurate recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options and answer questions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of installations, services, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation or related field.
- Relevant HVAC certification and state license required.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including installation and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
